OUCH!!!!!

Ok so I'm sitting here on my back deck chillin with Carrie and "taco" (akaBrian) and I am feeling Guilty about my poor neglected blog so I am going to type a short update with my right hand. Sat. i broke my left hand trying to stop our boat from hitting the dock. I had surgery on Tues. and three pins later i am fixed but in a partial cast up to me elbow. I am struggling to do Everything including taking care of Aubree and Cailyn but Darren is helping alot!!!! I get to take the cast off Tues. and try to start moving my hand as much as possible so wish me luck. Probably the most challenging thing is changing Cailyns diaper and putting socks on her but my right hand is getting bionic ;-)

Baby Cailyn Addison

She is here and I know its way late but I've had a really rough pregnancy. My water broke at 32 weeks and after hospital and home bed rest I managed to keep her in until 36 weeks and 5 days, She weighed 6lb 12oz and was 19 inches. We are at home and unfortunately Cailyn is battling RSV virus which her big sister Aubree has given her!! I think we are going to manage it at home and not have to go to the hospital as she is much better today, She started with it on Friday.
Other than that, she is a GREAT baby and I couldn't ask for more from Aubree. She is a big helper and has only had a few times when she was jealous. So things are good and we go back to the doc tommorrow for a re-check. Oh and the RSV has caused a secondary bacterial infection in her right ear so we have to do amox. already at a month old. Oh Well. I'll let her beat Aubree up when she older for giving her all her illnesses ( I know theres more to come)

As for those of you who were wondering about Baby #2.. Things are going well. I just had my level two ultrasound and everything was perfect. Besides a couple of kidney stones and a pelvis that is splitting apart, things are good!
Oh and its a ............Girl!!
So Darren will be seriously outnumbered in the Burns household. But thats ok. I know he was wanting a boy but its really not our decision ya know!
Still working on a name... Aubree is super excited about being a big sis, she carries an ultrasound picture with her and shows complete strangers.
I try to do better keeping up with my posts so til next time...

Halloween and more news on Baby #2

Ok, so I am just a terrible blogger. I really need to keep this up b/c I feel like it helps me de-stress. Here are some recent pix of Aubree from Halloween... She had a great time with Cole up at Kathy and Cooleys.

Ok, so I am finally going to let the cat out of the bag for those of you who don't know yet. Darren and I have a second child on the way
It is due March 29th (the exact same due date they gave me for Aubree... CRAZY) so we will be in Debt during that month from now on...
Currently I am about 3 and 1/2 to 4 months along and should find out what it is in a few weeks....
Keep me in your thoughts and prayers (I had a rough time with my first pregnancy) but currently I am Kidney stone free according to my last ultrasound!
I'll keep everyone posted on my progress on my blog and I will have some ultrasound pix in the next few weeks to put on here.
